WHERE ALL THE BOATS GO
“Where All the Boats Go” is a Video game concept about a little girl and her sister accepting the death of their mother. When Vera and Anna’s mother passes on, Vera tells her little sister Anna she has simply gone to visit the angels in a place where all the boats go. One day, on the anniversary of her mother’s death, Anna runs away in search of her mother. Vera, upon discovering her disappearance follows her into the gates of purgatory, she is then followed by her father; an abusive drunk. The journey follows Vera looking for Anna, whilst being relentlessly pursued by her Father through the seven+ stages of purgatory in the form of a turn-of-the-century mountainous castle. Everything is toy like yet disturbing, and all candy coloured horrors.
